Bell Sympatico Subscribers can’t get email/see websites?

We have received multiple reports this afternoon of Bell Subscribers (ISP) who can no longer see their website or use their web tools (Email, CPanel). We have no confirmation from Bell, nor any reports on their tools, however:

If you are a Bell Sympatico Subscriber (Internet), and if you can not retrieve your webmail, or see your website, reboot your modem/router. The problem will resolve itself as soon as you reconnect.
